Provide value-engineering ideas to the Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager
Report to Owner any design or budget changes during construction
Provide on-site observations for quality assurance during construction
Review payment requests
Report to Owner any discrepancies or inconsistencies
Work with the Construction Team to expedite “Requests for Information” so that the construction schedule can continue
Oversee the construction progress and verify that the work is being done according to the plans and specs as the Owner’s representative
