About Us

A&E Design Group, Inc. has been providing the highest standards of design services for business, governmental and institutional entities since 1986 when it was initially founded in Canyon, Texas by architect Stephen L. Butler. Cristina Butler is the Treasurer of A&E Design Group, Inc., which is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Minority Small Business. Since its establishment, we have enjoyed steady growth by creating relationships with our clients, construction managers, contractors, and suppliers.  These relationships are the essential components for the Team Approach to our many successful projects.  Our reputation speaks for itself by providing a transparent approach to design and construction allowing open dialogue to serve the best interests of our project(s).

Our mission is a passion for serving our clients and to make their visions become reality; through creative designs and adaptive use for better-built environments.  We value honesty and integrity, we strive for excellence, are forward-thinking, and we make things happen.

In our 30+ years of working with our clients, we have learned that:

  • Selecting our clients is just as important as our clients selecting our firm.
  • Word of mouth is our most important advertising tool.
  • Our client’s mission is our mission.
  • “Thinking outside-the-box” may be the most practical and cost-effective way of seeking solutions.
  • Being consistently on-time and in-budget has an intrinsic value.
  • Our approach to solutions are simple.
  • We are inspired by new and exciting projects every day.
  • We are practical and creative.
  • We love what we do.

We are looking forward to working with you.
